How to Use the App:
Best Practices for PMP Success

Getting ready for the PMP exam is easier when you follow a structured approach. Here’s how to get the most out of our platform and stay confident every step of the way.

Author’s Notes: real lessons learned while preparing for the PMP exam.

1. Start with the Demo Test

Try the free 20-question demo to explore the platform and check your starting point.

Doing a quick “warm-up” test helped me understand my starting point and identify what to focus on first.

2. Use Practice Mode First

Learn at your own pace. Practice Mode lets you review answers, explanations, and strengthen weak areas.

I spent hours in practice mode. For me it was the best way to analyse, take notes and learn from mistakes without pressure.

3. Switch to Exam Mode

Simulate real exam conditions with timed tests. Build focus, stamina, and time-management skills.

The hardest part wasn’t the questions, but staying focused for 230 minutes. Practicing in exam mode trained me for that. Try to use this mode as much as possible - it will really help during the real exam.

4. Complete all the Tests

Progress through all the tests. Each one covers different areas of the PMP Exam Content Outline. Aim for at least 80% to move forward.

I started scoring around 50%, but step by step reached 80% and higher. I always set an 80% target before moving on to the next test. It kept me motivated and showed real progress.

5. Unlock the Final Test

Once you have completed all the tests with 80% or higher, you’ll unlock the Final Test - a randomized exam drawn from our entire question bank. Treat the Final Test as your “graduation.”

Keep the Final Test for when you feel truly ready and treat it as your PMP exam rehearsal. I remember passing it myself - that’s when I knew I was ready for the real thing.

6. Track and Improve

Use your performance dashboard to monitor progress, analyze mistakes, and focus on weaker topics.

Reviewing mistakes wasn’t fun, but that’s where I learned the most. Weak areas slowly turned into strengths, and my confidence grew day by day.

7. Learn the PMP Mindset

Pay attention to the explanations. They’ll train you to answer the way the exam expects.

A key moment in my prep was finally understanding how PMI expects you to think. It’s not about memorizing theory, but about grasping the reasoning behind each answer. That was a real game-changer.

8. Build a Routine

Set aside 30–60 minutes daily. Consistency will help you steadily improve and stay motivated.

I studied every day. Sometimes just 30–45 minutes, other times 1–2 hours. That daily consistency made all the difference. Every small session adds up and can be crucial for your success on exam day.
