1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

  • Certain features require account registration.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate and current information during registration and update as needed.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Access to the App requires a paid subscription.
  • Subscription fees are clearly described in the App at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. By subscribing, you acknowledge that refunds will not be issued for unused subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

5. Use of the App

  • Use the App only for lawful and personal educational purposes.
  • Do not copy, modify, or distribute content without permission.
  • Do not use the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or related systems.
  • The App does not guarantee passing any certification or exam.

6. Regular Updates and Maintenance

The App is regularly updated to improve performance, fix bugs, and add new features. Updates are usually performed daily around 03:00 UTC. During this short maintenance period, the App may be temporarily unavailable. We recommend avoiding Exam Mode during that time to prevent any interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your information.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We strive to keep content accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or results of any content, practice tests, or learning materials. Use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time; subscription fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
